Welcome to the DIVA Room! Here you'll (eventually) find all the Project DIVA content I've catalogued.

Curated general Project DIVA content.
The Audiology of DIVADirectly inspired by the amazing Utena audiology at Empty Movement, this is a resource covering the iconic music of DIVA, from the actual songs you play to the BGM in the menus.
Art GalleryA gallery of artwork created for the series, be it winners of loading screen and costume design contests, general concept art, or various other promotional pieces.
An Archive, for the RecordAn archive of various interviews and articles covering Project DIVA's development.
The Gift That Keeps On GivingAn archive of charts/PVs made in Edit Mode as well as a hall of fame for the best mods the community has to offer.
General overviews of interesting things about each Project DIVA game.
The First SoundEverything there is to know about Project DIVA (2009), such as its general early installment weirdness, unique minigame DLC, and even the ongoing quest to find a very different demo that may or may not actually be out in the wild.
Colorful Sound at a Round 1 Near You!Arcade is a whole different ballpark compared to the mainline games, so it gets its own page. Features an update timeline, an overview of its various contests, and cataloguing its ports (whose very existence probably contributed to its decline).
2nd & extend, or, the part where it gets goodProject DIVA 2nd is probably the most important game in the series' history. There's a reason extend's working title was "Project DIVA 2.5". This page covers 2nd's extensive marketing campaign, including how it helped launch the series of concerts that has long outgrown PjD itself.
Hatsune Miku? In MY Phone? It's More Likely Than You Think! An overview of the now-delisted mobile spinoffs from the early 2010s: the Miku Flick duology, Live Stage Producer, and Music Girl. I am NOT covering Dreamy Vocal or Project SEKAI, that's above my paygrade.
Nendoroid StarsAn examination of the 3DS spinoff duology (technically trilogy, but not really), Project mirai. It's got GUMI, but I hope you like chibis.
Fortississimo: So Loud it Reaches Across the GlobeF and F 2nd are probably the ones you're most familiar with (besides the Arcade lineup), on account of them being the first to be localized. The second most important games, their main feature is the alternate endings to each song.
X Marks the GraveMade to celebrate being the 10th game (but only if you cheat), X was a massive departure from the rest of the series, for better or worse. Arguably killed the franchise. This page also covers the tech demo known as VR Future Live.
Information on competitors to PjD that I doubt anyone else will cover any time soon.
Untimely Kappa Shovelware, or: why GUMI can't have nice thingsMegpoid the Music♯ was a shovelware game starring GUMI released for the PSP about six months after F was released for the Vita in Japan. Very unfortunate.
Imagine a Vocaloid that could only sing in haikus.Project 575 was a vocaloid-related project with the gimmick that all the songs were haikus. Features a Vita game by SEGA. There's four girls, but only two of them sing.
ARIA ON THE RHYTHMSIA/VT Colorful was a rhythm game starring IA. The songlist without DLC is larger than any of the mainline PjD games, but does it have the quality to match?
What is this? A CROSSOVER Episode?Miracle Girls Festival is an anime girl (possibly yuribait?) crossover rhythm game that uses the same engine and gameplay as Project DIVA F (minus the stars). Notably features the girls from Project 575, which had some Vocaloid voicebanks that were private for a long time.
Notable Fangames
A very brief overview of some of the fangames. Links here go to their official sites.
- Project DXXX (or PPD) - an open source simulator of Arcade-style gameplay.
- Project DIVA Online (formerly Project DIVA PC) - a Chinese simulator that emulated the PSP gameplay. Seems to have had multiplayer elements. It is now defunct, though there was a short-lived revival attempt. The original code is open source and available on Github here.
- Project Heartbeat - a simulator available on Steam, with complete workshop integration. Like PPD, it emulates Arcade.
Resources on Project DIVA outside of this shrine. The DIVA Room is not affiliated with any of them at this time. Obviously.

Various Discord Servers
Unfortunately, we live in a world where information is squirreled away in places not indexable by search engines.

- Project DIVA Modding 2nd - general Discord server for modding Project DIVA games.
- MegaMix+ Modding - server specifically dedicated to modding MegaMix+, the PC port of Arcade.
Other
- ProjectDIVA.net - A forum made with Xenforo, like the good 'ol days. Run by the same people as ProjectDIVA.wiki. Not very active, but there's value in the ancient posts. Not to be confused with DIVA.NET.
